ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 7–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after shipment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Blatrigon is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
